The role of a live-in carer is flexible and rewarding. We aim to match clients and carers based on shared interests and personalities that fit. The carer will work with that client for one to three weeks at a time on a rotational basis.
While living-in with your client, you will support them with companionship, socialising, shopping, washing, dressing, toileting, medication, cooking, cleaning and anything else that encourages them to stay happy, safe and secure in their own homes.
Previous experience of live-in care is not essential to join our team, although having a caring, kind and compassionate demeanour and genuinely wanting to make a difference to our client’s lives is crucial. Being comfortable with and available to spend at least a week at a time in a client’s own home is also required.
You don’t have to be a driver, though it is an advantage as many of our clients live in rural locations.
While you are living-in with a client, you will stay in their home and share meals with them.
Our office is based in Tunbridge Wells in Kent and our clients live in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Live In carer to provide support for a lady in Tonbridge, Kent. This role requires someone who is proactive, understanding and can meet the needs of the client with dignity and compassion. A hoist is in situ for all movement required. The client does have family living with her, the aim is to allow them to have some respite, although they are happy to assist with aspects of the care package.
